• Log in to your account before checking out — this can help avoid payment glitches.
• Is your VPN turned off?
  If you're using a VPN, it can mask your location. We’ve seen PayPal and other payment providers block transactions when the payment origin doesn’t match your actual location.
• Make sure the billing address matches the one registered to your card.
• If you're using a different shipping address, it can sometimes trigger security checks or cause payments to fail.
• Try switching to a different browser, or update your current browser to the latest version — this often resolves hidden issues.

If there’s a date that works for you, just add the products you want installed to your basket and complete the checkout process. Make sure to select ‘Installation’ instead of ‘Shipping’ at checkout. 

Once you’ve paid, you’ll get an automatic order confirmation email. At the top of that email, there’s a link to book your fitting—just click it to access our interactive version of the fitting calendar, where you can choose your preferred installation date.
