Can you recommend someone to install the gear for me?

We’re pretty strict about this—we only do our own installations. Over the years, we’ve found that even main dealers can get a straightforward install wrong. Sometimes, a qualified dealer mechanic will see a plug-and-play bundle and treat it like a quick job, but overlook the correct wiring method. Then, after reassembling the bike, they realise certain second-generation ezCAN features aren’t working, only to discover they need to pull another harness through and rethink the wiring. It’s a headache that’s best avoided, which is why we handle installations ourselves. We’re planning to launch a franchise-style installation network in the UK and USA, with approved installers trained to meet our exact standards. Until that’s up and running, we recommend either taking your time to install the equipment yourself or, if you can, booking your bike in with us so we can handle the installation for you.
