Yes — we display live stock levels on our website and do our best to keep good availability across our range.
If an item is listed as “In Stock,” it’s physically on our shelves and ready to ship straight away.
If it shows as “Back Order,” that means it’s currently out of stock — but you can still place an order. As soon as we receive your back order, it triggers a notification internally, prompting our team to chase it up with the supplier. It’s our way of prioritising customer demand over simply restocking the shelves in the background.
You can also enter your email to be notified when an item is back in stock — but if it’s a popular product, we recommend placing a back order to secure yours early. That way, you’re first in line when it comes back in.
Please note:
We ship complete orders in one shipment. If your order includes an item on back order, the entire order will be held until everything is in stock. Our system isn’t set up to split orders or handle multiple shipping charges.
