Yes — if you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel will be shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives, depending on your country’s regulations. DHL will usually contact you directly if any payment is required before delivery.
Our website automatically detects your location using your IP address:
- If you're in the UK, product prices include 20% VAT, clearly itemised at checkout.
- If you're outside the UK, VAT is removed, and you’ll see VAT at £0.00 and prices approximately 20% lower.
Want to test it? Try changing the shipping country in your basket — prices will adjust accordingly.
Just make sure to change it back to your actual shipping address otherwise the site will continue showing pricing based on the last address entered.
Important: The final shipping address determines whether VAT is applied — not your IP address or VPN. Even if you browse from abroad, if the parcel ships to a UK address, UK VAT must be charged by law.
We also provide a VAT invoice with every order — it’s attached to your order confirmation email and available to download in your account area. If you're a UK VAT-registered business, you can use this to reclaim VAT, provided you're eligible.
